PDO Thread
Polydioxanone

PDO (Polydioxanone) is a biodegradable polymer that naturally decomposes through hydrolysis. Due to its excellent biocompatibility, PDO sutures are widely used in delicate procedures such as ophthalmic and pediatric cardiac surgeries. Within approximately six months, the material gradually dissolves and is safely excreted through urine.
